2014/8/12 - Sunrise Becomes the Official Equipment Supplier of 2014-15 Shenzhen "Da Peng Cup" Regatta
The ¡°Da Peng Cup¡± Regatta is called ¡°Shenzheness¡¯s own regatta¡±by local sailors in Shenzhen. Started in 2012, ¡°Da Peng Cup¡± Regatta has attracted sailors from Shenzhen and cities nearby to take part in it. Sunrise and Seven Star Bay Yacht Club, the regatta organizer have come to a common ground of promoting sailing sport in Shenzhen, hence both parties have achieved a two-year cooperation agreement. Sunrise has become the official equipment supplier of 2014-15 ¡°Da Peng Cup¡± Regatta and one of the major sponsors. During the regatta, Sunrise will provide on site regatta support as well. What¡¯s more exciting? Team Sunrise will also sign up for the regatta and race for her first time in China! The 3rd ¡°Da Peng Cup¡± Regatta will take place during September 19th-21st in Seven Star Bay Marina. According to the organizer, the teams registered have increased from 16 to 30, almost twice the number than that in last year. There will be three groups¡ªFlying Tiger 7.5 one design group, SOTO27 one design group and IRC group. During the regatta, the organizer will also arrange some activities such as sailing experience, sailing lectures and parties etc. in order to get more people involved into sailing sport.
